Curtis Waugh
Curtis is a freelance writer based in Cincinnati, Ohio who focuses on print and electronic publications that deal with entertainment writing and film criticism. In 2011, Curtis graduated with a BA in English- Creative Writing from Miami University. Since graduating, he has been working for local venues.
His publications include short stories, satire and articles about film, sports, media and local events and people. Beyond his professional life as a freelance writer, Curtis coaches high school community basketball in Harrison, Ohio and maintains his own fiction.
One of Curtis’s ultimate goals is to further establish and let flourish the vibrant film and artistic community in Cincinnati. Living in this area since birth, he holds in high regard the ability to create, grow and drive this culture forward as the city is ripe with talent and possibility.
Curtis loves to be challenged and to defy expectations.
